A neighborhood biking affiliation hopes to expose residents that they shouldn’t travel to the Mountain States to experience mountain biking.
The Wisconsin Interscholastic Cycling Association is dedicated to developing the game in Racine County, Kenosha County, and northerly Illinois. Its venture is to present kids with a new and distinctive opportunity — using and racing mountain bikes.
